Before getting started
Make sure your phone or tablet is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. This product does not work on a 5GHz WiFi network. To install this product you will need your WiFi network name and WiFi password.
1. Trust WiFi App
A Download the Trust WiFi App from the App store or Google PlayStore.
B Open the App. When using the App for the first time you have to register a new account.
2. Install the bulb
Install the bulb in a lamp socket. (Do not install the bulb behind an existing dimmer).
Turn the bulb ON by switching on the traditional light switch. Wait until the bulb starts flashing rapidly.
3. Connect the bulb
Login to the Trust WiFi App and press “Add device” or press the (+) icon in the upper right corner. To connect the bulb follow the onscreen instructions.
Note: If the bulb does not start flashing rapidly switch the bulb ON and OFF 3 times (ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON) with the traditional light switch. This will reset the bulb.
Attention: The bulb cannot be dimmed with an existing (rotary) dimmer!

A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
